# NanjingHuamai Technology: Planning to change control rights, stock continues to be suspended

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Nanjing Huamai Technology (603042.SH) has received a notification from its actual controller, Mr. Xu Aimin, who is planning to transfer the company's shares through an agreement. This matter may lead to a change in the company's control. The company's stock has been suspended from trading since the market opened on October 20, 2025 (Monday).

Currently, Mr. Xu Aimin is negotiating the core terms of this transaction with the trading party, and the company expects that it will not be able to resume trading when the market opens on October 22, 2025 (Wednesday). According to relevant regulations, after the company applies to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, its stock will continue to be suspended from trading starting from October 22, 2025 (Wednesday), with the expected suspension period not exceeding 3 trading days
