# China Wood International plans to issue shares at a discount of approximately 9.91%, with a maximum net fundraising of about HKD 16.27 million

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, China Wood International (01822) announced that on October 21, 2025, the company entered into a placement agreement with the placement agent, intending to place up to approximately 164 million placement shares at HKD 0.10 per share, representing a discount of approximately 9.91% to the closing price of HKD 0.111 per share reported on the Stock Exchange on the date of the placement agreement.

Assuming the placement agent successfully places all the placement shares, the maximum net proceeds will be approximately HKD 16.27 million, which will be used for the group's further development of the food and beverage division
