EA announced that as of the disclosure date of the announcement, the shareholder EA Holdings holds 263,900,099 shares of the company, accounting for 10.16% of the total share capital. Due to its own funding needs, EA Holdings plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 25,969,900 shares, or no more than 1% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the disclosure date of the announcement. This reduction will not lead to a change in the company's control and will not affect the company's ongoing operations
