WZJT: The announcement states that the controlling shareholder, Guangxi Transportation Investment Group, based on confidence in the company's development prospects, will cumulatively increase its holdings of the company's shares by 9.021 million shares through centralized bidding from September 15 to October 20, 2025, with an increase amount of 38.2614 million yuan, raising its shareholding ratio from 36.45% to 37.01%, with the equity change reaching the 1% threshold. This increase is to fulfill the previously disclosed plan, with an intended increase amount of no less than 85 million yuan and no more than 170 million yuan, and the number of shares to be increased not exceeding 2% of the total share capital.
