# The controlling shareholder of Shandong Hi-Speed intends to transfer 7% of the company's shares to Anhui Expressway

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Shandong High-Speed (600350.SH) announced that its controlling shareholder, Shandong High-Speed Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "High-Speed Group"), signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Anhui Expressway Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Anhui Expressway") on October 21, 2025, to transfer 7% of the company's shares held by High-Speed Group at a price of 8.92 yuan per share, totaling 338 million shares, with a transaction amount of RMB 3.019 billion.

Before this equity change, High-Speed Group held 3.412 billion shares of the company, accounting for 70.57% of the total share capital, while Anhui Expressway did not hold any shares of the company. After this equity change, High-Speed Group will hold 3.073 billion shares of the company, accounting for 63.57% of the total share capital, and Anhui Expressway will hold 338 million shares of the company, accounting for 7% of the total share capital
