However, just as the restructuring was on the verge of completion, complications arose from the restructuring investors. According to exclusive reports, on the day before the National Day holiday, when the management firm Zhonglun Law Firm announced the final shortlisted restructuring investors, one of the investors from the bidding consortium, Saimaco Advanced Materials Co., Ltd., suddenly discovered that although the consortium it belonged to successfully won the bid, Saimaco's qualification as a restructuring investor had been changed to a fund under TCL without any prior knowledge. In light of this, Saimaco quickly drafted a request to the restructuring jurisdiction court, Ningbo Yinzhou District People's Court, asking the court to assist in urgently suspending the creditor voting
