# FUJIAN HOLDINGS leases hotel operating rights with an annual rent of 1.5 million RMB

Fujian Holdings (00181.HK) announced related transactions, entering into a leasing agreement with Fujian Fulu to lease the operating rights of the Fulai Xi Hotel located in Dongshan County, Zhangzhou City, with a term from 2026 to the end of 2030, at an annual rent of 1.5 million RMB
