# Anhui Expressway invests over 3 billion RMB for a 7% stake in SDHS

Anhui Expressway (00995.HK) announced the acquisition of 338 million A shares of Shandong Hi-Speed Group (600350.SH) from Shandong Hi-Speed, with a lock-up period of twelve months, at a price of 8.92 yuan per share, for a total cash consideration of approximately 3.019 billion RMB, which will be paid using its own and/or self-raised funds. Upon completion, the company will hold 7% of Shandong Hi-Speed's equity and may consider further acquisitions of its shares in the future
