# Tongyi Qianwen Qwen3-VL family adds two new Dense model sizes

> Alibaba Cloud Tongyi Qianwen announced on October 22 that the Qwen3-VL family has added two dense model sizes: 2B and 32B. Currently, Qwen3-VL has open-sourced four Dense models: 2B, 4B, 8B, and 32B, as well as two MoE models: 30B-A3B and 235B-A22B. It has launched two versions, Instruct and Thinking, along with 12 FP8 quantized versions, totaling 24 Qwen3-VL open-source weight models available for free commercial download on the MoDa community and Hugging Face

On October 22, Alibaba Cloud Tongyi Qianwen announced the expansion of the Qwen3-VL family, adding two dense model sizes: 2B and 32B. As of now, Qwen3-VL has open-sourced four Dense models: 2B, 4B, 8B, and 32B, as well as two MoE models: 30B-A3B and 235B-A22B. Each model has launched two major versions: Instruct and Thinking, along with FP8 quantized versions for all 12 models. A total of 24 Qwen3-VL open-source weight models are available for free commercial use on the MoDa community and Hugging Face
