# Wonders Information: Returned 312 million yuan of idle raised funds to supplement working capital

Wonders Information announced that on October 24, 2024, the company reviewed and approved a proposal to temporarily use no more than 600 million yuan of idle raised funds to supplement working capital, with a usage period not exceeding 12 months. The actual idle raised funds used to temporarily supplement working capital amounted to 312 million yuan, involving six projects including future public health digital management. During the usage period, the company reasonably arranged the use of funds, which did not affect the normal progress of the fundraising projects. On October 21, 2025, the company had fully returned the 312 million yuan to the corresponding special account for raised funds and notified the sponsoring institution and the sponsoring representative
