ChuanDa ZhiSheng announced that the company previously approved a proposal to borrow no more than 200 million yuan from the related party, the Research Institute. Recently, the company signed a "Loan Contract" and a "Maximum Amount Mortgage Contract" with the Research Institute, with the loan amount not exceeding 194 million yuan, and the term from October 17, 2025, to October 16, 2026, with an annual interest rate of 4%. The company has mortgaged 3 real estate properties and 18 movable properties, with assessed values of 243 million yuan and 15 million yuan, respectively. In addition, the company's controlling shareholder, You ZhiSheng, signed a "Maximum Amount Pledge Contract" with the Research Institute, pledging 20,589,033 shares of the company
