# GCORE: Adjusting the grant price of the incentive plan and handling part of the restricted stock

GCORE announced that the company's 15th meeting of the second board of directors reviewed multiple proposals related to incentive plans. Due to the completion of the 2024 annual equity distribution, the grant price for the initial and reserved portions of the 2023 restricted stock incentive plan has been adjusted from RMB 8.93 per share to RMB 8.91 per share; as of the meeting date, 14 incentive recipients have had their 826,480 restricted shares invalidated due to resignation and other reasons; the vesting conditions for the second vesting period of the initial grant and the first vesting period of the reserved portion have been met, with a total of 1,636,520 shares eligible for vesting, which will be processed for 116 incentive recipients
