# CXJG: Due to a dispute over a sales contract, the amount involved in the lawsuit is 30.112 million yuan

CXJG announced that the company recently received a subpoena from the People's Court of Qingyang District, Chengdu, due to a sales contract dispute. Chengdu Jiechen CNC Technology Co., Ltd. has sued its subsidiary Huizhou CXJG and the company, with an amount involved of 30.112 million yuan. The case has been accepted and has not yet gone to trial, and the impact on the company's profits is still uncertain. In addition, as of the announcement date, the total amount of other small lawsuits and arbitrations involving the company and its holding subsidiaries is approximately 6.3166 million yuan. Some previously disclosed cases have new developments, such as receiving first-instance judgments or rulings. Apart from the aforementioned matters, there are no other undisclosed litigation or arbitration matters that need to be disclosed
