# Modern High-tech: The cumulative number of shares converted from the Montai convertible bonds has reached 10.40% of the total number of shares issued by the company before conversion

Montai High-tech announced that as of the close on October 21, 2025, the cumulative number of shares converted from "Montai Convertible Bonds" was 9,983,238 shares, accounting for 10.40% of the total issued shares of 96,000,000 shares before the convertible bonds began conversion, and 9.42% of the company's latest total share capital of 105,983,238 shares. There are still 656,731 "Montai Convertible Bonds" that have not been converted, accounting for 21.89% of the total issuance of 3,000,000 bonds. The "Montai Convertible Bonds" began conversion on May 8, 2023, with an initial conversion price of 26.15 yuan/share. After multiple adjustments, the conversion price will be 23.47 yuan/share starting from November 7, 2024
