# CCRMM: Plans to distribute a cash dividend of 2 yuan for every 10 shares

Changjiang Materials announced that the company achieved a net profit of 114 million yuan in the first three quarters of 2025. As of September 30, 2025, the cumulative distributable profit amounted to 1.084 billion yuan. The parent company achieved a net profit of 77.0288 million yuan in the first three quarters of 2025, with a cumulative distributable profit of 732 million yuan. The profit distribution plan for the first three quarters of 2025 is as follows: it is proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 2 yuan per 10 shares to all shareholders based on the total share capital after deducting the shares held in the company's repurchase special securities account on the equity distribution registration date, without issuing bonus shares or converting capital reserves into share capital. The preliminary calculation indicates a proposed cash dividend distribution of 29.2407 million yuan
