Guosheng Intelligence announced that the shareholder Nantong Xiezhong Investment Management Center reduced its holdings by 713,300 shares through centralized bidding and 1,244,500 shares through block trading from August 1 to October 22, 2025, totaling 1,957,800 shares, accounting for 1.48% of the company's total share capital; the shareholder Nantong Qiju Investment Management Center reduced its holdings by 606,700 shares through centralized bidding and 1,085,100 shares through block trading during the same period, totaling 1,691,800 shares, accounting for 1.28% of the company's total share capital. The reduction plans of the above two shareholders have been completed
