TOYOU announced that Mr. Zhou Zexiang, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, has pledged 4 million shares to Shenzhen High-tech Investment Group Co., Ltd., accounting for 4.79% of his holdings and 0.83% of the company's total share capital. At the same time, Mr. Zhou Zexiang has prematurely released the pledge on 2.8571 million shares, accounting for 3.42% of his holdings and 0.60% of the company's total share capital.
