# GIANT BIOGENE received an increase of 500,000 shares from its controlling shareholder

> GIANT BIOGENE announced that its controlling shareholder Juzi Holding Co., Ltd. increased its holdings by 500,000 shares, with an increase amounting to approximately HKD 19.3 million. Since the announcement of the increase plan on June 9, 2025, Juzi Holding has cumulatively increased its holdings by 3.6666 million shares, totaling approximately HKD 178.4 million. After the increase, Juzi Holding holds 54.61% of the company's shares and may continue to increase its holdings based on market conditions in the future

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GIANT BIOGENE (02367) announced that the board of directors received a notification from the company's controlling shareholder Juzi Holding Co., Ltd. (Juzi Holding). Based on strong confidence in the company's future development and to promote the company's continuous, stable, and healthy growth while safeguarding the interests of a wide range of public investors, as of the date of this announcement, Juzi Holding has purchased a total of 500,000 shares of the company in the market, with a total investment amount of approximately HKD 19.3 million (excluding commissions and other expenses). Since the announcement of the increase plan on June 9, 2025, as of the date of this announcement, Juzi Holding has purchased a total of 3.6666 million shares of the company in the market, with a total investment amount of approximately HKD 178.4 million (excluding commissions and other expenses). Following this increase, as of the date of this announcement, Juzi Holding holds a total of 584,771,535 shares of the company, accounting for 54.61% of the company's total issued shares. Juzi Holding may further increase its holdings of the company's shares from time to time based on market conditions and applicable regulatory requirements
