# BeBetter: Initial public offering of 90 million shares and listing on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board

> BeBetter Med announced that its application for an initial public offering and listing on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board has been approved by the listing review committee of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and registered by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. This public offering will issue 90 million shares, accounting for 20% of the total share capital after issuance, with an issue price of 17.78 yuan per share, raising a total of 1.6 billion yuan. A related subsidiary of the sponsor, Zhongzheng Investment, participated in the strategic placement, receiving 3.3746 million shares, amounting to 60 million yuan, with a lock-up period of 24 months. The total issuance costs amount to 109 million yuan
