Haitianruisheng announced that from July 23 to October 22, 2025, the company's directors and senior executives will implement a reduction plan: Lv Siyao reduced 8,128 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.0135%, with a transaction price of 111.28 to 111.39 yuan/share; Hao Yufeng reduced 482 shares, accounting for 0.0008%, with a transaction price of 113.4 yuan/share; Zhang Zhe reduced 2,600 shares, accounting for 0.0043%, with a transaction price of 111.4 yuan/share, with 18 shares remaining unreduced; Li Ke and Huang Yukai did not reduce their holdings. As of the end of the planned period, the reduction work has been completed
