# Transfar Zhilian: Proposed cash distribution of 138 million yuan for the 2025 semi-annual equity distribution

Transfar Zhilian announced that the 2025 semi-annual equity distribution plan has been approved by the shareholders' meeting. Based on the total share capital of 2.788 billion shares, excluding the repurchased shares of 23.9396 million shares, the base is 2.764 billion shares, and a cash dividend of 0.50 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with no increase in share capital or bonus shares. The total actual cash dividend amounts to 138 million yuan. The equity registration date is October 29, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is October 30. Some A-share shareholders will receive cash dividends distributed by the company itself
