HAIMO announced that the company's deputy general manager, Ma Jun, reduced his holdings by 700,000 shares through centralized bidding from October 15 to October 21, 2025, accounting for 0.14% of the company's total share capital. Before this reduction, Ma Jun held 2.929 million shares, accounting for 0.57% of the total share capital; after the reduction, his holdings decreased to 2.229 million shares, accounting for 0.44% of the total share capital. The shares reduced were sourced from the shares held before the company's initial public offering and shares obtained through capital reserve conversion. The reduction plan complies with relevant laws and regulations as well as company policies, and the reduction has been pre-disclosed as required
