On October 22, JTL announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Precision Manufacturing received a "Civil Ruling" issued by the Nantong Intermediate People's Court on October 22, accepting the bankruptcy liquidation application filed by Nantong Shenguang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. against Precision Manufacturing. As of September 30, 2025, the company's accounts receivable from Precision Manufacturing totaled 156 million yuan, accounting for 22.93% of the company's most recent audited net assets, posing a risk of non-recovery, with the final impact amount to be determined based on the bankruptcy liquidation results
