According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, LSHEC (603169.SH) announced that Valin Steel plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding trading within three months after the announcement date of this reduction plan, starting 15 trading days later. The number of shares to be reduced will not exceed 13.0629 million shares, and the reduction ratio will not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices
