After deducting issuance costs, all funds will be used to replenish working capital and repay debts. The issuance target is Daoyun Assets controlled by the company's actual controller, Luo Weiguo, with an issuance price of 6.55 yuan per share. The number of shares to be issued will not exceed 71.0283 million shares, and the final issuance quantity will be subject to the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission
