Bayin reduced 5,000 shares at a price of 63.28 yuan/share through centralized bidding on August 11, 2025, accounting for 0.00% of the total share capital; Ding Xuelian reduced 80,600 shares at a price of 58.81 yuan/share through centralized bidding from July 30, 2025, to October 21, 2025, accounting for 0.04%; Jiao Jianghua did not reduce any shares. As of the announcement date, the total number and proportion of shares reduced by the three individuals did not exceed the original plan
