# ECOBEAUTY has been applied for reorganization and pre-reorganization by creditors

According to the announcement from Beautiful Ecology (000010.SZ), on October 21, 2025, the company received a notice from creditor Hangzhou Shengze Ying Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Applicant, Creditor"), informing that the Applicant applied to the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Intermediate Court") for the company's reorganization on October 21, 2025, citing the reasons that the company cannot repay its due debts and is obviously lacking repayment ability, but has reorganization value, and requested to initiate the pre-reorganization procedure
