# Some shareholders of ZBIT SEMICONDUCTOR plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from ZBIT SEMICONDUCTOR (688416.SH), due to its own funding needs, Dong Xiangyu plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.75% of the total shares of the company (i.e., 1.4509 million shares); Zhong'an Luyang plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 0.69% of the total shares of the company (i.e., 573,900 shares) through block trading; Tianying Hesheng plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 0.56% of the total shares of the company (i.e., 463,100 shares) through centralized bidding. Dong Xiangyu's share reduction plan will be carried out within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement; Zhong'an Luyang's share reduction plan will be carried out within three months after three trading days from the date of the announcement; Tianying Hesheng's share reduction plan will be carried out within three months after three trading days from the date of the announcement
