Giantec Semiconductor announced that it recently received notification letters from Wuhan Luojia, Tianhao Technology, and Beijing Luojia, stating that Wuhan Luojia will reduce its holdings by a total of 2,028,625 shares through block trading on October 21-22, 2025, accounting for 1.28% of the total share capital. The combined shareholding ratio of the information disclosure obligors will decrease from 25.00% to 23.72%.
