# Willas-Array: Xie Lishu has been appointed as the authorized representative

According to the announcement from Willas-Array (00854), Mr. Fan Qingsheng has submitted his resignation as an executive director due to other personal matters, effective from October 22, 2025.

Mr. Fan will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative (as defined under Hong Kong Listing Rule 3.05 and Singapore Listing Rule 725) (collectively referred to as the authorized representative), effective from October 22, 2025. Therefore, effective from October 22, 2025, Mr. Xie Lishu, the chairman of the board and executive director, has been appointed as the authorized representative
