# NetEase Interactive Entertainment's Tenth Division Head Li Kaiming has resigned

Li Kaiming, head of NetEase Interactive Entertainment's Tenth Division, released an internal letter stating, "Due to my long-term career development plans, I will be leaving NetEase soon to embark on a new entrepreneurial journey!" In the letter, he expressed gratitude to the company and leadership for their trust and opportunities, stating that his twelve years at NetEase have been an unparalleled wealth in his life. Sina Technology sought official confirmation on this matter, and NetEase Interactive Entertainment's Tenth Division responded that former head Li Kaiming has recently submitted his resignation for personal reasons, and the relevant handover work is proceeding smoothly, which will not affect the normal operation of the studio
