# QUAM PLUS FIN plans to sell a residential property in the United States for USD 7.5 million

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, QUAM PLUS FIN (00952) announced that on October 22, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Caiya Investment Co., Ltd., intends to sell a residential property located at 1111 Tournament Drive, Hillsborough, CA 94010, County of San Mateo, State of California, the United States, to Mr. Trapit Bansal and Ms. Akansha Singh Bansal for a price of $7.5 million. The group is expected to recognize a gain of approximately $100,000 from the sale of the property (excluding related transaction costs and expenses).

The property consists of a two-story detached villa with a total building area of approximately 6,520 square feet (about 606 square meters), situated on a plot of land with a total area of approximately 0.71 acres (about 30,900 square feet), built in 1995
