# The US semiconductor index fell by 2%, Texas Instruments dropped over 5%, and Tesla declined by more than 2%

The Nasdaq 100 Index fell by 0.7%, hitting a daily low, with component stock Netflix down 9.4%, Texas Instruments down 5.3%, MSTR down 4.2%, Palantir down 3.4%, Intel, Microchip Technology, Marvell Technology, and Lam Research down at least 3%, AMD down 2.7%, and ON Semiconductor down 2.3%; Marriott International, Dexcom, and CDW are currently up over 2%, and the Da Vinci surgical robot ISRG is up 16.6%. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index fell over 2%, the S&P 500 fell 0.3%, and the Russell 2000 Index fell 0.5%. Tesla fell 2.1%, and Apple fell 1.1%.
