# CHERY AUTO: Partial exercise of the over-allotment option, price stabilization actions, and the end of the price stabilization period

> CHERY AUTO announced that the overall coordinator partially exercised the over-allotment option on October 22, 2025, involving 41.3759 million H shares, accounting for approximately 13.91% of the total number of shares initially available for subscription in the global offering. The over-allotted shares were issued at HKD 30.75 per share. The stabilization period for the global offering ended on the same day

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHERY AUTO (09973) announced that the overall coordinator (for themselves and on behalf of the international underwriters) partially exercised the over-allotment option described in the prospectus on October 22, 2025 (Wednesday), involving a total of 41.3759 million H shares, accounting for approximately 13.91% of the total number of shares initially available for subscription under the global offering before any over-allotment option was exercised. The over-allotted shares will be issued and allocated by the company at HKD 30.75 per H share (i.e., the offer price per H share under the global offering, excluding a 1.0% brokerage commission, 0.0027% Securities and Futures Commission transaction levy, 0.00015% Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau transaction levy, and 0.00565% Hong Kong Stock Exchange transaction fee).

The stabilization period for the global offering ended on October 22, 2025 (Wednesday), which is the 30th day after the deadline for submitting applications for the Hong Kong public offering
