# The internet stock index ETF fell over 2.1%, leading the decline among U.S. sector ETFs along with the semiconductor ETF, while the S&P energy sector rose over 1.3%

> On Wednesday (October 22), the internet stock index ETF fell by 2.16%, while the semiconductor ETF, global airline industry ETF, and biotechnology index ETF declined between 1.94% and 1.35%. The technology sector ETF and global technology stock index ETF fell by no more than 0.99%. In contrast, the energy sector ETF rose by 1.28%. Among the 11 sectors of the S&P 500 index, the industrial and consumer discretionary sectors saw the largest decline of 1.31%, the telecommunications sector fell by 0.88%, the information technology/technology sector dropped by 0.79%, while the energy sector increased by 1.32%

On Wednesday (October 22), the internet stock index ETF fell by 2.16%, the semiconductor ETF, global airline industry ETF, and biotechnology index ETF dropped by 1.94%-1.35%, while the technology sector ETF, global technology stock index ETF, and consumer discretionary ETF fell by up to 0.99%. The energy sector ETF, on the other hand, rose by 1.28%.

Among the 11 sectors of the S&P 500 index, the industrial and consumer discretionary sectors fell by up to 1.31%, the telecommunications sector dropped by 0.88%, the information technology/technology sector declined by 0.79%, and the energy sector increased by 1.32%
