According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHARETRONIC (300857.SZ) announced that on October 22, 2025, the company submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Hong Kong Stock Exchange") for the issuance of foreign shares (H shares) overseas and for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The application materials for this issuance and listing were published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website on the same day
