# HC: Good quality joints have established a good cooperative relationship with robotic companies such as Yushu and others

On October 21, HC stated during an institutional research that the core team of its investment in Good Quality Joints comes from a well-known Japanese reducer company. The company has established good cooperative relationships with several domestic humanoid robot companies, including Zhujie Power, Yushu, Wubai Intelligent, and Lens Technology. At the beginning of this year, when investing in Good Quality Joints, relevant preferential acquisition rights were agreed upon. Since the investment, the customer expansion situation of Good Quality Joints has been relatively smooth, and its new manufacturing plant located in Pinghu has been preliminarily completed. The company has communicated with relevant shareholders multiple times to actively promote an increase in its shareholding ratio in Good Quality Joints. In addition, from September 2025 to now, the company's chairman Lu Baohong and general manager Lu Can have had relatively frequent communications with the leaders of Nidec Drive in China, mainly focusing on business docking and deepening cooperation.
