# RSPC and others establish a new materials company, including the manufacturing business of graphite and carbon products

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Zhejiang Petrochemical New Materials Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Minghui as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. The business scope includes: research and development of new material technology; promotion services for new material technology; sales of lubricants; sales of bio-based materials; manufacturing of graphite and carbon products, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Zhejiang Petroleum and Chemical Co., Ltd., which is jointly held by RSPC, Zhejiang Juhua Investment Co., Ltd., and others
