# San Bian Sci-Tech: Zhang Rijiang resigns as Vice General Manager and other positions in the company

On October 23rd, San Bian Sci-Tech announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Vice General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, and Board Secretary Zhang Rijiang. Due to personal reasons, Zhang Rijiang applied to resign from the positions of Vice General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, and Board Secretary, and will continue to serve in the company after resigning from the above positions. Zhang Rijiang's resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. To ensure the normal operation of the board of directors, the company's Chairman Xie Weishi will temporarily perform the duties of Board Secretary, and the company's General Manager Liu Yuelai will temporarily perform the duties of Chief Financial Officer until new appointments are made
