# LEEJUN: Shareholders holding more than 5% of shares have partially lifted the pledge of 44.876 million shares

LEEJUN announced that it recently received a letter from shareholder Wei Yong, who holds more than 5% of the shares, stating that part of his shares has been released from pledge. A total of 44.876 million shares have been released from pledge, accounting for 39.92% of his holdings and 4.34% of the company's total share capital. The release date is from October 20 to 22, 2025. As of the announcement date, Wei Yong holds 112 million shares, accounting for 10.88%. After this release from pledge, the pledged shares amount to 28.134 million shares, accounting for 25.03% of his holdings and 2.72% of the company's total share capital. There is currently no risk of forced liquidation for Wei Yong's pledged shares
