The company intends to establish three wholly-owned subsidiaries to be responsible for project-related businesses, with the registered capital of the project company not less than 588 million yuan. The total area of land and sea for the project is approximately 505 acres, with main products including large marine engineering equipment, and a heavy-duty terminal to be built. The investment agreement has been signed, and the project is still in the preparatory stage, requiring approval from the shareholders' meeting.
