# Bjsasc: Plans to publicly list for sale idle real estate worth 39.8959 million yuan

Bjsasc announced that in order to revitalize assets, the company plans to publicly list for sale two idle properties located at Building 1, Shanghe Village, Haidian District, Beijing. The initial listing price will not be less than the estimated value of 39.8959 million yuan, with the final price subject to the transaction price. The trading counterpart and price are both uncertain and do not constitute a major asset restructuring. This transaction has been approved by the board of directors and does not require the approval of the shareholders' meeting. As of July 31, 2025, the book net value of the properties is 1.2441 million yuan, with an estimated appreciation rate of 3106.89%. If the transaction is completed, it will have a positive impact on the company's finances
