# WALRUS: Provides a maximum guarantee of 50 million yuan for its subsidiary

WALRUS announced that the company will hold board and shareholder meetings on April 28 and May 19, 2025, respectively, to approve a guarantee for a comprehensive credit limit of no more than 1.2 billion yuan applied by its wholly-owned subsidiary WALRUS Import and Export for the year 2025. On October 22, the company signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with Industrial Bank Jiaxing Haining Branch, providing a guarantee of up to 50 million yuan for WALRUS Import and Export. After this guarantee, the total guarantee balance for WALRUS Import and Export reaches 355 million yuan, with a remaining available guarantee limit of 845 million yuan. WALRUS Import and Export's asset-liability ratio is 84.42%, and the company's cumulative external guarantee balance accounts for 25.05% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees or other issues
