# CNE TECH CORP's subsidiary has entered into a financing lease agreement for various equipment and components related to photovoltaic power generation projects

According to the announcement from China Nuclear Technology (00611), on October 23, 2025, the lessee (the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shaoguan Dingrong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.) and the lessor (China Merchants Jinling Leasing Co., Ltd.) entered into a financing lease agreement. Accordingly, the lessor has agreed to sell the leasing assets to the lessee for a price of RMB 80.1626 million and to lease the leasing assets to the lessee during the lease term. The leasing assets include various equipment and components related to the 5.99 megawatt distributed photovoltaic power generation project in Dingrong Mashitown, Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province, China
