# ROYAL DELUXE: Wang Yuxuan appointed as CEO

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, ROYAL DELUXE (03789) announced that Ms. Zhou Liqing, the executive director and CEO, has resigned from her position as CEO due to adjustments in work arrangements, effective from October 23, 2025.

Following Ms. Zhou's resignation, the board is pleased to announce that Mr. Wang Yuxuan, an executive director, has been appointed as the CEO to replace Ms. Zhou, effective from October 23, 2025
