The Hong Kong Stock Exchange announced disciplinary actions against two former directors of Star Universe who have been delisted, issuing a statement of damages to investor rights and condemnation against former non-executive director Lyu Qingxing and former executive director Lyu Zhufeng. The two did not contest their respective violations and agreed to accept the sanctions imposed by the Listing Committee as stated in the announcement
