# Bondex: Subsidiary's idle fundraising of 50 million yuan used for cash management

Bondex announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary will use RMB 50 million of idle raised funds for cash management, with investments directed towards CITIC Securities income certificates of RMB 30 million and structured deposits of RMB 20 million at the Qingdao branch of CITIC Bank, both products being principal-protected with floating returns. In April 2025, the company's board of directors and supervisory board approved relevant proposals, agreeing to use no more than RMB 220 million of idle raised funds for cash management within 12 months. As of June 30, the cumulative investment progress of the company's fundraising projects varies, and this investment will not affect the implementation of the fundraising projects, but can improve fund utilization efficiency and potentially enhance performance
