NSFOCUS announced that the information disclosure obligor Shen Jiya's shareholding ratio has passively decreased due to the increase in the company's total share capital. Before the change in equity, Shen Jiya held 80.2501 million shares, accounting for 10.14% of the total share capital. After the change in equity, the shareholding ratio decreased to 9.90%. This change in equity is due to the company's implementation of the 2023 employee stock ownership plan and the 2024 restricted stock incentive plan.
