# JINGFENG PHARMACEUTI: The controlling shareholder's partial shares have been unfrozen and the pending freeze has taken effect

JINGFENG PHARMACEUTI announced that it recently learned that some shares of its controlling shareholder Ye Xiangwu have been released from judicial freeze and that a pending freeze has taken effect. On October 22, 2025, 19.7175 million shares were released from judicial freeze, accounting for 17.57% of his holdings; on the same day, 4.1066 million shares were subject to a pending freeze, accounting for 3.66% of his holdings. As of the announcement date, Ye Xiangwu and his concerted actors have a total of 24.3506 million shares frozen, accounting for 21.23% of his holdings. This change will not lead to a change in the company's control for the time being, but there is a risk of disposal of the shares under judicial freeze, which may lead to instability in the company's control
