# TALKWEB: Some fundraising projects have been postponed, with reasons for the delay including the company's strategic adjustment to "AI × HarmonyOS" and others

TALKWEB announced that the company has decided to postpone some fundraising projects, including the industry smart cloud solution R&D project and the cornerstone research institute construction project, which have been postponed to December 31, 2027. The sales and service system construction project and the industry distribution version R&D project based on HarmonyOS have been postponed to December 31, 2026. The reasons for the postponement include the transformation of AI technology, the company's strategic adjustment to "AI × HarmonyOS," and the implementation of projects using a cautious principle and a small-step approach. At the same time, the company has utilized existing resources and cloud resource leasing methods to slow down the pace of the self-built computing power center project. The company will invest the unused raised funds in phases according to the actual implementation progress
